Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
Pack Your Return: Please return the item(s) in their original packaging, along with any accessories, tags, and documentation that were included.
Ship It Back: Send your package back to us using the shipping method advised by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange as requested. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
